**:**This position reports to**:EL Customer Operations Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:**Qualifications for the role**:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
- 4+ years of experience in a project management, engineering or manufacturing role.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a matrix team / organization, including leading cross-cultural teams.
- High energy level, self-starter, highly analytical, and strong customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and sense of urgency in dealing with tasks.
- Experience in electrical manufacturing for switchboards, transformers, panelboards, motor control centers, and/or other electrical components.
- Advanced English level.
