**Job Summary**:Assure activities on Governance, risk and compliance and project's portfolio execution, focus on: Nissan Methodology, budget accuracy, IT purchasing, providers payments, Nissan security and compliance standards, local and regional reporting.
**Responsibilities**:**Nissan Methodology**- Methodology Assurer & Quality Coach.
- Monitoring Project Status in roadmap.
- Status vs Project Plan.
- Quality Gates approver.
- Projects Status Reports- Execution, tracking and measuring the achieved results.
**Budget Accuracy**- Support for Budget Management- Actual vs Plan Forecast updates.
- Accruals management.
- Landing strategy for Q4 each FY.- IS Financial reports.
- Support Leadership for any action items required for data integrity.
**IS Souring**- Support Quality Approver for IS purchasing- Determine RFI & RFP IS Standards- Aling supplier's estimations with new business request (demands)- Assure IS services can run with PO support- IS interphase with NRFM Purchasing & Legal- Supplier negotiation to close IS Contracts.
**Providers Payments**- Support IS Budget Controller- Presente vs Approved vs PO updates- IS Providers Payments- Approver for PM payment Request- IS interphase with NRFM Finance- Supplier negotiation for payment process.
**Nissan Security Standards**- Support IS GRC- Assure projects to fulfill Nissan standards.
- Assure projects to fulfill compliance requirements.
- Assure projects to fulfill Nissan security.
- Supplier negotiation to assure Nissan requirements.

- Itil, Agile or Project Management Certifications.
- Experience with foreign interaction and processes.

**2.Years of Experience**:- 1-3 years of experience with Areas related with IS Projects at Finance or Automotive Industry.
