You will supervise SMT and Final Assembly technicians, drive safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics, and ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards in a fast-paced electronics environment.You will lead continuous improvement efforts, coordinate with engineering and support teams, manage resources and training, and ensure production plans are followed with precision and accountability.
