resolve and escalate issues as needed.Own the import execution lifecycle: allocation, credit limit, booking, export readiness coordination, documentation accuracy, drayage, warehousing, and final delivery to customer/terminal.Define, track, and improve KPIs across the team.Involve on automation and AI project.A minimum of 10 years' experience working in Ocean exports (preferably with a LATAM background)Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Able to work under pressure, proactive, and provide a fast response to all urgent matters.Customer service oriented with the ability to respond timely and efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and SAPBilingual (Spanish)Private Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
