The Driver Growth team at DiDi is responsible for driving the end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle management of drivers across Latin America.



The scope spans multiple acquisition channels, conversion funnel, product, CRM strategies, and lifecycle engagement programs—across product lines and regional markets. The team operates at the intersection of data, product, and operations, with a strong emphasis on analytical rigor and user‐centric thinking.
