• Lead the design and development of complex software architectures, focusing on scalability,maintainability, and performance while ensuring alignment with the organization's technology roadmap.
• Influence architectural decisions by contributing to the strategic direction of technology solutions andproviding input on long-term engineering priorities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams to ensureseamless execution of projects and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing toenhance team capabilities.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in software development, including TDD, CI/CD pipelines, andsecure coding principles.

• Monitor the performance of systems post-implementation, leveraging metrics to identify optimizationopportunities and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.




• Develop tools and automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and deployment processes,ensuring consistency and reliability in delivery.
• Partner with SRE teams to optimize infrastructure, design fault-tolerant systems, and maintain SLA.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards, implementing robust protectionmeasures and maintaining high levels of quality assurance.
• Promote an autonomous work culture by encouraging self-management, accountability, and proactiveproblem-solving among team members.
• Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workenvironment that aligns with the company's values and culture.Required Knowledge and Experience• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering scalable andhigh-performance applications.
• Advanced expertise in programming languages such as.NET, Java, Type Script, React, React Native, andNode.js.
• Deep understanding of containerized development, microservices architecture, and REST APIconsumption.
• Experience with modular architectures, reusable components, and superapps.
• Advanced knowledge of Git, conflict resolution, and CI/CD tools integrated into testing cycles (Git Hub,Git Hub Actions, Sonar Cloud, Terraform, Docker).
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy and contribute to architectural roadmaps.
• Practical experience with TDD, ATDD, and BDD methodologies, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and No SQL databases, including Mongo DB, Postgre SQL, and My SQL.
• Expertise in secure development practices, including SAST, DAST, and MAST tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholderseffectively.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Strong adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
