We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support revenue growth for a U. S.
-based professional services business.This role works directly with the Founder to ensure follow-ups, campaign execution, and sales coordination are handled consistently and professionally.This is not a closing or cold-calling role.Instead, you will ensure no opportunity is missed by maintaining accurate records, executing predefined processes, and supporting structured outreach efforts.Duties / Tasks to PerformMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Hub Spot)Log all inbound leads, referrals, and outreach activityEnsure same-day or next-business-day follow-up on all prospectsSchedule discovery and introductory calls with leadershipPrepare proposals using approved templatesTrack opportunities through defined pipeline stagesMaintain detailed notes on prospect status, outcomes, and next stepsConduct professional follow-up calls to warm prospectsConfirm receipt of emails, materials, or in-person outreachAssess interest levels and schedule next steps when appropriateUpdate CRM records after each interactionFollow approved scripts and processes (no cold calling required)Execute marketing campaigns using pre-approved contentBuild and manage email campaigns and workflows in Hub SpotCoordinate follow-up sequences tied to campaign activityCreate landing pages and forms in WIX using provided templatesEnsure workflows, forms, and notifications function properlyMonitor campaign activity and flag performance issuesProvide weekly activity and pipeline summariesTrack outreach attempts and responsesMonitor follow-up SLAsIdentify stalled opportunitiesMaintain documentation to support repeatable processesExperience in sales coordination, sales support,
