Sales and Program Manager

Position Objective

Responsible for managing commercial relationships with strategic customers and leading program management activities from the quotation phase through project launch and follow-up, ensuring the achievement of financial, commercial, and operational objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of program management and project administration.
- Experience developing and analyzing Business Cases.
- Knowledge of project financial analysis.
- Experience with APQP processes for new program launches.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned customer programs, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and objectives.
- Prepare and present Business Cases for new projects and business opportunities.




- Manage customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Lead APQP activities to ensure the successful launch of new programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution and follow-up.
- Conduct financial analyses to assess the profitability and feasibility of new business opportunities.
- Monitor commercial and program performance indicators.
