AM - 5 PM PSTRemote: Philippines and LatamSalary: $11/hrThe Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and growing B2 B content presence on Linked In.This role owns executive ghostwriting for C-Suite leaders, develops long-form thought leadership content for the company's Linked In account, and coordinates cross-functionally with department leads to surface relevant topics.The adecuado candidate balances creative storytelling with a strategic understanding of B2 B audiences.Primary Responsibilities:Ghostwrite authentic, voice-matched Linked In content for C-Suite executives: building each leader's personal brand and industry authorityDevelop and publish long-form content for the official Company Linked In page, driving brand awareness and audience engagement within a B2 B contextBuild and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with company goals and go-to-market prioritiesCoordinate with department leads across the organization to identify relevant topics, internal expertise, and timely subject matter to fuel the content pipelineMonitor Linked In performance metrics and apply insights to continuously optimize content strategy and posting cadenceEnsure brand voice consistency across all Linked In content,
