Create and execute validation plans, test methods and traceability per requirements.Analyze test results,



KPIs and prepare technical reports for internal and customer teams.Work cross-functionally with Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.Use key engineering tools such asJIRA, Arena PLM, 3 DX, CANoe/CANalyzer, Siemens Capital, Altium, Ansys.Must‐Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.5+ years in automotive electronic validation.Experience with:Electronic validation & test executionRisk & impact analysisTest plan creation and requirements traceabilityData analysis & technical reportingKnowledge of industry standards (ISO *****,ASIL, A‐SPICE , AEC‐Q*******).
Experience usingCANoe/CANalyzer ,Siemens Capital ,Altium ,Ansys.Hands‐on experience withArena PLM ,JIRA.Familiarity with component quality andPLM workflows.Strong understanding of system and component r equirements management.Experience withMATLAB, SIMULINK and Lab VIEWPython experience.English level B2–C1.Nice‐to‐Have SkillsDesign tools such as 3 DX.Valid visafor international travel (e.g., U.
