ALTEN Mexico is looking for a Project LeaderRoles and responsabilities:In the pre-sales phase:Participation to the qualification of the RFQParticipation to the technical responseWrite parts of the technical offerEstimate costs (human and material resources)Manages the overall delivery of a project portfolio:Qualifies the staffing (Ramp-up/Ramp-downWrites delivery notes and receipt reportsWrites technical files for claims and amendmentsPrepares and co-facilitates monthly steering committeesEnsures compliance with the financial objectives of the projects in its project portfolioWrites,



proposes and coordinates the margin and productivity optimization plan for projectsWrites the financial reporting of projects.Team management :Leads the project team: manages the resources and skills allocated to the projectCoordinates Team Pilots (Team Leaders / Batch ManagerFunctional management of CP level 1, Lot Managers and consultantsTransmits their knowledge and ensures their skills development.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project managementExperience in a related technical field is preferredSoft skills:Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to foster collaboration and resolve conflictsResults-oriented mindsetStrong organizational and time management abilitiesCapacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesTechnical Skills:Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira)Understanding of quality management principlesFluent in English, both spoken and writtenBase salaryMajor Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan)15 days bonus25% vacation bonus12 days of vacation (From the first year)Social SecurityPTU/Profit Sharing
