As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our expanding metal mechanic /manufacturing operation.This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities: Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.Facilitate Kaizen events and implement Lean tools.Analyze manufacturing processes using data-driven methodologies.Develop and monitor KPIs to measure improvement results.Coach and mentor teams in Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality,



and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable improvements.What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication experience preferred) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5 S, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis Conversational and written English required Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead change initiatives #J-*****-Ljbffr
