- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and minimize shortages or overstock situations.
- Control all the transactions that affect the inventory- Develop and implement procedures for inventory control and forecasting.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales to ensure efficient inventory flow.
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT or vendors to implement improvements or upgrades.
- Support system integrations and testing during ERP or WMS implementations or enhancements.
- Train team members on system processes, reporting, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for inventory management.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in accounting,



Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting,- Inventory control experience is a MUST- Inventory control and logistics cost management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; macros desirable).
- Familiarity with tax and accounting regulations related to inventory and costing.
- Strong analytical thinking and results orientation.
