The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of master data within the company's ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and follow up on workflow requests within the established timeframes.
- Create, validate, and maintain accurate master data in the ERP system.
- Review information related to purchasing, inventory, stock transfers, and stock reservations.
- Analyze requests and identify errors, risks, or data inconsistencies.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to obtain complete and accurate information.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues within the ERP system.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure information remains accurate, complete, and reliable.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain and related functions.
- Provide excellent service and support to general internal teams.
- Assist with data analysis and KPI tracking,



including productivity, cycle time, aging, and service levels.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, or inventory management processes.
- Previous experience in master data management, data analysis, or a related function.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems;
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to organize priorities, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
