AWL Automation was founded and established in Querétaro, Mexico in 2016. Since then we have a strong ambition to further grow in the Mexican market for the upcoming years. We expect to expand with the automotive and metal processing industry to fulfil the needs for automated welding machines and solutions. Nowadays we employ a young and growing team of approximately 40 persons and we are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician. who wants to be part of our growing team to shape the future!

What are you going to do?

As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for the electrical assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning of automated machinery and equipment. You will install and connect electrical and pneumatic components, build and wire control panels, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with Mechanical, PLC, and Robotics teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.



You will also support machine installation and start-up activities at customer sites when required.

What do we expect from you?

· Technical degree or experience in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.

· Experience with electrical wiring, control panel assembly, and industrial automation equipment.

· Ability to read and interpret EPLAN drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.

· Experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, or mechatronic systems.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Basic English communication skills are an asset.

· Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
