Job Description:

The interpreter will provide English–Spanish interpretation in three-way calls for medical, emergency (911), and other critical situations, supporting individuals who are not fluent in the language.

- Requirements

- English level B2 minimum (C2 preferred)
- High school diploma completed
- Stable internet connection (minimum 3 Mbps)
- Call center experience (preferred)
- Quiet and dedicated workspace
- Compatible equipment (Huawei and ZTE devices are not supported)
- Technical Requirements
- PC or laptop with Windows 10/11 or macOS 12 or higher
- Updated Chromebook
- Dedicated workspace to perform job duties
