**What you will do**:- Create educational and marketing content: blog articles, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, case studies, YouTube videos, knowledge base articles- Manage weekly webinars- Oversee channel partners, co-marketing opportunities, and influencer relationships- Track, analyze, and report on PPC performance across Google, LinkedIn,



and YouTube- Set goals and manage existing marketing channels; perform data analysis and report on performance across all channels- Develop tests for new marketing channels**Required Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing in companies in the $2-5k Annual Contract Value range- Proven track record of the educational and marketing content creation- Data analysis skills and reporting capabilities- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)**Preferred Qualifications**:- Proficiency in PPC management and analytics- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), background in HR technology or recruitment industry- Experience with AI tools for content creation- Track record of growing SaaS businesses**What We Offer**:- Salary: $1,800 - $2,800 USD per month- Fully remote work environment, adaptable working hours- As the company grows, you can step into a Team Lead role.
