**YOUR TASKS**- Direct, manage, coordinate and optimize a high complexity logistics planning department, focusing on all topicsrelated to inventory management, material management, production planning, sales scheduling and demandplanning- Responsible for Logistics Planning in more than one location (cross-plant responsibility)- irect and control the design of information flows incl.master data and logistics processes related toplanning logistics within a high complexity plant operation- Coordinate and balance conflicting interests arising within inventory management, material management,production planning,



sales scheduling and demand planning process with internal / external stakeholderswithin a high complexity plant operation- Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with regional logistics to consistently increase logisticsperformance- Responsible to control all planning logistics processes, ensuring high efficiency in inventory management,material management, production planning, sales scheduling and demand planning by using thestandardized key performance indicators- Involvement in inter-departmental workgroups and projects for the coordination and optimization of SOPand EOP, carrying out day-to-day tasks related to new products and others- Involvement in logistics agreements with customers & suppliers in cooperation with those responsible- Execution of problem solving and escalation for occurring deviations- Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR ENGINEERINGAdvanced English3 years of previous experience:- material planning- customer service- production planning- supply chain experience- audit experience**Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a general, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.Letty CastañedaHR Specialist
