The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials and products within the warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory management,



timely order fulfillment, and compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse team members.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department to align shipping schedules, transportation requirements, and inventory availability.
Communicate operational priorities, shipment status, and potential delays to logistics and other stakeholders.
Enforce safety procedures, warehouse policies, and operational standards.
Monitor warehouse performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and operational challenges.
