**Descripción**:Responsible for the overall activities like AR/AP, order entry, invoicing, inventory and taxes.Mexico City**Responsabilities Invoicing**:Creating orders in SAGE ERP, ERP based on customer PO ́sInvoicing to customers in SAGE ERP, ERP based on Customers PO ́sReceiving EDI PO ́sCreating ASNs on EDI and printing labelsCreating EDI invoices on Commerce desktop**Reponsabilities Inventory**:Receiving blanks inventory in SAGE ERP on the confirmation from printersReceiving printed inventory in SAGE ERP based on the Pacing List from printersAdjusting blanks in SAGE ERPMaking necessary inventory adjustment based on WMS**Responsabilities AR**:Reconcile and follow-up on customer outstanding regularlyCreate deposits slips in software and check deposits in bank**Responsabilities AP**:Proccesses all invoices, employee expense claims and credit cards statements.Ensure invoices and based on purchase orders and passed though approval processPrepares weekly cheque runs/ACH/EFT/Wire transfers and prepares manual cheques for mailing to vendors wherever required.Reconcile accounts, credit cards, and monthly vendors statements.Communicate with vendors as and when required.
