**TS Trucking** is a top-tier transportation company with owned assets and nationwide presence across Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions.Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider.We are currently seeking a **Monitoring Analyst** with safety experience to join our team in Querétaro.This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department.
**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and supervise the monitoring team, ensuring compliance with tracking and safety protocols.
- Track heavy equipment transport units in real time using GPS platforms.
- Monitor and validate adherence to routes and transit times according to company policies and client requirements.
- Manage incidents and route deviations, making timely decisions in coordination with drivers and internal departments.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with truck drivers to provide operational support and resolve any issues.
- Prepare performance reports and monitoring KPIs, proposing improvements to control and tracking processes.




- Ensure proper use of tracking tools and train the team in their operation.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective actions for safety incidents or GPS system failures.
**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment transportation monitoring.
- Advanced knowledge of GPS systems, especially Samsara (experience with other platforms is desirable).
- Solid knowledge of transportation routes in Mexico and their main operational and safety risks.
- Experience in direct interaction with truck drivers.
- Experience in reporting and managing performance indicators.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
