Associate, Client Service to become a trusted advisor for our Private Assets clients. You'll work alongside talented colleagues across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Consulting, influencing product innovation while helping clients make smarter investment decisions.
Analyze the performance of individual funds and entire portfolios
Gain clear, actionable insights to support better investment decisions and liquidity management
Associate, Client Service, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of MSCI's Private Assets solutions. Deliver exceptional product support and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
Lead platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training workshops that help clients get the most from oursolutions.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
~6–8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Management, FinTech, or a related industry.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.




~ Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
~ Experience working with global teams and collaborating across functions and regions.
~ Deep understanding of global financial markets and institutional investors.
Portfolio analysis or performance measurement
Client‐facing roles supporting investment technology or financial software
Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CIPM, FRM, or an MBA
