**Responsibilities**:- Assist in gathering, consolidating, and analyzing data to support FP&A; reporting and decision-making processes.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives across finance verticals.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for key metrics and processes, contributing to a "one source of truth" for finance data.




- Collaborate with FP&A; teams to identify areas of inefficiency and redundancy, assisting in the development of solutions.
- Contribute to team communication efforts, such as maintaining reporting templates and assisting with surveys and analysis.
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new processes and systems.
**Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus.Please submit your resume in English.
