The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Intake Case Manager to support our Personal Injury team in managing early-stage cases. You will guide clients, communicate clearly, and move claims efficiently toward resolution in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Idóneo candidates have 1+ year of intake or PI case management experience, strong client service skills, and proficiency with Litify or Salesforce. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible scheduling.
