Develop and implement mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring process stability, capacity, and continuous improvement while meeting quality, productivity, and safety standards.What a typical day looks like:- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Provide specialized technical support to manufacturing and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely resolution of process-related issues.
- Lead and manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations,



and operational procedures.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical and/or electronic assembly processes.
- Technical knowledge of: Smart Torque Systems PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)- Liquid Cooling Systems- Pneumatics- Poka-Yoke Systems- Industrial Maintenance- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Scrap reduction.
- First Pass Yield (FPY) improvement.
- Cost savings and productivity enhancements.
- Customer satisfaction and support.
