El Chef de Partie es el responsable de guiar al equipo de pastelería a cumplir, ejecutar con éxito todas las operaciones de recetas, elaboraciones, higiene y limpieza relacionadas con la pastelería en ausencia del Assistant Pastry Chef.

Será responsable de coordinar todas las asignaciones delegadas por el Assistant Pastry Chef, como la preparación de panadería, pastelería, chocolatería, amenidades, postres para los diferentes centros de consumo y Banquetes.

Asignará, apoyará y supervisará preparaciones realizadas por los Pastry Cook “A” Pastry Cook “B” y Pastry Cook “
