We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to engage end-users, distributors, resellers, and engineering firms, while driving sales, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Role responsibilities
Develop and execute effective business strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory.
Foster strong relationships with end-users, distributor channels, and engineering firms.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and training to clients on product applications and benefits.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and service excellence.




Resolve conflicts and address customer concerns promptly and effectively

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
English upper intermediate
Willingness and availability to travel to Morelos, Pachuca, Puebla, Tabasco, Yucatán, and Quintana Roo among others.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
