Role Description The Core Local VIP Operations Admin is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role supports the local VIP user community by managing day-to-day operations such as tracking VIP activities, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating VIP benefits and campaigns. Responsibilities include handling VIP inquiries,



providing responsive customer service, and liaising with internal teams to address user needs. The role involves preparing operational reports, assisting with basic financial and administrative tasks related to VIP programs, and monitoring performance metrics to support decision-making. The Operations Admin will collaborate with local and regional colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality VIP experiences aligned with StarMaker’s standards.
Qualifications
