We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Routing & Logistics Specialist / Dispatcher to manage daily transportation and dispatch operations.
This role focuses on real-time logistics execution, load coordination, route tracking, and operational problem-solving.The position starts part-time during training and transitions to full-time based on performance.
Schedule flexibility is required, including evenings, nights, and weekends.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor shipments, routes, and delivery schedules in real timeAssign loads and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient operationsTrack shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptionsMaintain accurate records of deliveries, issues, and operational updatesCollaborate with operations, planning,
