Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and enhancement of shared AWS and Azure public cloud services with a strong focus on availability, performance, and security.




- Partner directly with cross-functional development teams during product planning sessions to translate complex requirements into seamless, practical cloud operations.
- Identify, champion, and deploy advanced automation solutions, incorporating modern AI and ML value-add tools.
- Establish best practice standards, modern runbooks, and detailed architecture frameworks for cloud environments company-wide.
- Provide expert escalation support and technical guidance to resolve critical operational challenges across global systems.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, with a strong foundation in networking, computing, and storage infrastructure.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience building and managing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud computing environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in deployable Windows/Linux envir
