Configure Oracle ERP Source to Pay modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Payables, to meet business needs
Design and optimize Source to Pay processes using Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices
Analyze complex business processes to identify Oracle ERP enhancement opportunities
Lead implementation and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions
Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for ERP projects
Develop and execute project plans to deliver Oracle ERP solutions on time and within budget
Provide technical consultation and support for Oracle CRM systems
Design and standardize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Manage systems project management tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation
Facilitate adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in Oracle ERP implementations
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support successful project outcomes
Conduct training sessions and develop materials to enhance user adoption and system utilization
Engage directly with clients and guide junior team members within complex engagements
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in relevant fields including Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering,



Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
Analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
Ability to embrace change and innovation in technology integration
Experience developing training materials for enterprise software implementations

Up to 20% travel
