Analyze assigned General Ledger accounts monthly and reconcile them against expected balances provided by operations within established deadlines
Investigate unidentified or reconciling items and determine potential corrections for subsequent months' entries
Ensure compliance with S-Ox (Sarbanes-Oxley), Internal Control policies, Finance Manuals, and other internal and external requirements
Help maintain Ford of Mexico's performance metrics at an adequate/acceptable level
Gain knowledge of other accounting-team positions to provide backup support and identify errors or process improvements
Support accurate financial information for consolidation purposes
Requirements
Accountant with bachelor's degree
Intermediate level of English
Knowledge of Low Code applications (Power Platform)
Experience with Reconciliations
