Univar in Mexico City is seeking an HR Inquiries Administrator to join our Shared Services team and manage HR cases end-to-end.
You will resolve inquiries and collaborate with the Tier 1 group to meet SLA targets and deliver service excellence.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year HR Shared Services or call center experience, familiarity with HRIS and ServiceNow, and strong written and spoken English for broad Employee communication.
