Key Responsibilities
Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team or ZNA retained IT test lead / project managers
Coordinate work with onshore team
Coordinate testing updates with IT Test Leads, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Test Analyst(s) as needed to ensure alignment across stakeholders
Defect Management approach and execution, including logging and reporting of defects and adherence to Defect Management by all project / scrum team members (including those outside of test team)
Experience in the INSURANCE sector (mandatory)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Leadership of manual and automated testing projects
QA team management
Experience with Guidewire Policy Center
Playwright, Jira (mandatory), Visual Studio Code - BitBucket for PRs
Advanced English
