Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate AKU activities for the Engineering department.

- Develop and lead the AKU strategy across different Engineering functions.

- Manage and monitor master data related to manufacturing processes.

- Participate in corporate system implementation and improvement projects.

- Validate changes related to SAP, MES, and associated systems prior to release.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system developments and modifications.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization.

- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and standards related to system usage.

- Provide training and support to key users and end users.

- Ensure the integrity and consistency of engineering information used in production.

- Coordinate communication between local users and integral teams.

- Monitor performance indicators related to engineering systems and processes.





- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and applicable global requirements within the department.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.

- Experience in Process Engineering, Methods Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrialization.

- Experience in the implementation, support, or administration of ERP systems, preferably SAP.

- Experience managing master data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), process routings, and engineering changes.

- SAP proficiency, preferably at an advanced user or Key User level.

- Advanced English proficiency.
