MMR Consulting is an engineering and consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and highly regulated industries. Our services include Engineering, Project Management, and Validation. Our consultants work on client sites designing, commissioning, qualifying, and starting up pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical facilities.

You will own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical consulting roles: CQV / validation engineers, process and automation engineers, utilities and HVAC engineers, project managers.





Partner with hiring managers and project leads to translate technical staffing needs into search strategies.
- Source and engage engineering and technical candidates across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors In Mexico, US and Canada.
- Write and publish job advertisements on LinkedIn, Indeed, career pages, and niche life-sciences channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring project-based needs, including bench-ready CQV talent.
- Review and validate job descriptions for alignment with local employment regulations, company policy, and industry standards.

Conduct screening interviews that probe presente project experience: protocol authoring versus execution, equipment and system types, regulatory environment, phase of project involvement, and scope of ownership.
