Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for LeadPrep processes.

- Develop, validate, and implement wire cutting and preparation processes, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.

- Ensure compliance with APQP phases and deliverables established by AIAG, as well as Customer-Specific Requirements (CSRs).

- Coordinate the development and updating of Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.

- Validate process capability through Cp and Cpk studies and pilot production runs.

- Supervise the installation, validation, and release of automatic wire cutting, stripping, twisting, and heat-shrink equipment.

- Initiate and follow up on corrective actions when quality or project deviations are identified.

- Interpret engineering drawings, product specifications, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) requirements.

- Coordinate and monitor the Safe Launch Plan during the launch of new projects.





- Approve and release quality stations, visual aids, and manufacturing documentation.

- Follow up on Engineering Changes (ECN/ECR) and ensure their proper implementation within the manufacturing process.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Previous experience in the automotive wiring harness industry is required.

- Strong knowledge of USCAR-21, USCAR-38, and USCAR-45 standards.

- Proficiency in AIAG Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, and SPC.

- Knowledge of wire cutting, stripping, sealing, marking, conductor preparation processes.

- Advanced English proficiency (bilingual level).
