Role Description The Asesor financiero en cambios is a full-time, on-site role based in Hermosillo, SON. The role involves advising clients on foreign exchange operations, investment opportunities, and financial strategies aligned with their objectives and risk profiles. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, preparing tailored financial and currency exchange proposals, monitoring market trends, and providing timely recommendations.

The advisor will manage client portfolios,



ensure regulatory and internal compliance, and maintain precise records of transactions and follow-ups. The role also includes building long-term client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in initiatives to expand the client base.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive strategies for clients.
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to evaluate market opportunities and manage portfolios.
- Experience in Financial Advisory to provide personalized guidance on foreign exchange and investment decisions.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data, market indicators, and currency movements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and explain complex concepts clearly.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Previous experience in brokerage, banking, or foreign exchange services is an advantage.
