- Position: Bookkeeper / Senior Accountant
- Location: Fully Remote (Only Open to Candidates in Latin America or the Philippines - Expats welcome)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
- Compensation: $1,906.63 - $2,079.96 USD/month ($11.00 - $12.00 USD/hour)

Key Responsibilities

- Ledger & Document Management: Record day-to-day transactions, organize invoices and receipts, and maintain rigorous financial records.
- AP, AR & Collections: Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable while conducting professional follow-ups on outstanding payments and collections.
- Reporting & Scheduling: Build spreadsheets, prepare accurate financial summaries, and assist with calendar management and executive administrative duties.

What You Bring (Requirements)

- Professional Background: At least 3–5+ years of recent experience in corporate accounting, senior bookkeeping, AP/AR, and financial tracking.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections follow-up, spreadsheets, and standard accounting software.
- Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America or the Philippines.
