Job Summary We are actively hiring a Bookkeeper / Senior Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, and organizational administration. This role offers permanent full-time stability, remote flexibility, and excellent career stability within a supportive corporate environment. Candidates must have senior-level corporate experience handling AP, AR, basic financial tracking, and collections.

Core Responsibilities

- Financial Tracking & Recordkeeping: Maintain clean bookkeeping entries, organize receipts and invoices, and verify financial documents for accuracy.
- AP / AR & Payment Follow-Up: Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and oversee payment tracking and collections follow-up on overdue accounts.




- Administrative & Executive Support: Develop reporting spreadsheets, maintain internal tracking, and handle calendar coordination and scheduling as needed.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

- Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of recent experience in senior corporate bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management.
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, supportive interpersonal style, and comfortable delivering financial status updates.
- Core Abilities: Expertise in AP/AR workflows, collections experience, proficiency in advanced spreadsheets, organizational skills, and corporate experience.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $185.00 - $202.00 per hour
