Our Metal Stamping & Metal Packaging Divisions develop specialized lubrication solutions for metal packaging, beverage and food cans, automotive, appliances, tubes, and metal forming processes.

Position OverviewWe are looking for a Business Expansion Specialist to support the growth of our Metal Stamping & Metal Packaging Divisions in Mexico and international markets.

This is a field-based technical-commercial role combining business development, customer visits, technical trials, international travel, trade shows, and cross-functional collaboration.

The idóneo candidate enjoys being at manufacturing plants, on production floors, understanding industrial processes, conducting trials, and turning customer needs into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier suppliers, can manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Visit metal packaging and metal stamping plants and identify technical and commercial opportunities.
- Support field trials, product validations, quotations, negotiations, and project follow-up.
- Build and develop customer and distributor relationships.
- Attend national and international trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, R&D;, Technical Service, Marketing, Branding, Supply Chain, and Sales to develop commercial opportunities.
- Provide market and customer insights to support product positioning and business strategies.
- Contribute to annual sales growth and market expansion objectives.

Field Work & TravelFrequent travel is an essential part of the position.

- Travel throughout Mexico and internationally.




- Visit manufacturing plants and production floors.
- Drive regularly for customer visits, including travel within Mexico and, when required, other countries.
- Participate in field trials and technical evaluations.
- Work in industrial environments and follow customer safety requirements.
- Use PPE when required: helmet, safety vest, safety boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection/earplugs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, International Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, international sales, process engineering, or industrial B2B.
- Advanced English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Availability for national and international travel.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive regularly.
- Comfortable working in manufacturing plants and production environments.
- CRM experience.
