What The Day Will Look Like Aon’s Human Capital business helps organizations make better workforce and business decisions. Within Aon Governance, our team advises clients on executive compensation, corporate governance, and related board and shareholder matters.

As a Corporate Governance Consultant, you will support a broad range of client projects and research initiatives. You will work closely with senior colleagues, manage assigned workstreams, analyze qualitative and quantitative information, and help prepare clear, high-quality deliverables for clients and senior audiences. The role is well suited for someone who is independent, driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Support client engagements by conducting research, analyzing information, and preparing client-ready presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Conduct research and analysis on executive compensation, corporate governance, regulatory, legal, and broader business topics, translating findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Manage assigned projects and deliverables from inception through completion, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, coordinate workstreams, and deliver accurate,



timely results.
- Contribute to benchmarking studies, market-practice reviews, thought leadership, and the development of analytical materials, templates, and client resources.

We welcome candidates from a range of consulting, advisory, compensation, legal research, policy, and other analytical professional backgrounds. Prior corporate governance experience is helpful but not required.

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA, public policy, or related field) preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, advisory services, compensation, legal research, policy analysis, or a similar analytical professional services environment.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues, identify key insights, and develop well-supported recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, workstreams, and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise materials for clients, senior leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated work style, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, comfort working with qualitative and quantitative data, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while working both independently and as part of a team.
