Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain product cost estimates based on BOM, material, labor, scrap, and overhead.

- Analyze standard vs. presente costs and identify cost variances.

- Support RFQs, quotations, engineering changes, and new product launches.

- Identify cost reduction opportunities and support continuous improvement projects.

- Validate material prices, labor rates, and manufacturing cost assumptions.

- Prepare cost reports and communicate key findings to Finance and Operations.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Program Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in costing, finance, or manufacturing.

- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred, ideally wire harness.

- Knowledge of BOM, standard costing, manufacturing processes, and variance analysis.

- Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge; SAP preferred.

- Intermediate/advanced English.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
