Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate product costing and standard cost activities for assigned programs.

- Review and validate BOM, material, labor, scrap, overhead, and manufacturing cost assumptions.

- Lead cost variance analysis and follow up on corrective actions.

- Coordinate RFQ, quotation, engineering change, and launch costing activities.

- Lead cost reduction initiatives with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations.

- Monitor program profitability and manufacturing cost performance.

- Prepare and present cost reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

- Coordinate and develop Cost Analysts/Engineers as applicable.

- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of costing information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,



Industrial Engineering, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in costing, controlling, or manufacturing finance.

- Automotive experience required; wire harness experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of product costing, BOM, variance analysis, and manufacturing processes.

- Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Excel and ERP/SAP knowledge.

- Advanced English.
