Finance Manager – Manufacturing The Finance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of Mass Precision in Mexico. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company’s financial health and alignment with business goals. This position will work closely with upper management to provide strategic financial insights and support operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

-Financial Management:

· Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Mexican GAAP and IFRS.

· Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial planning.

· Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize the company’s financial position.

-Accounting and reporting:

· Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with Mexican laws.

· Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes.

· Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and trends.

-Compliance and reporting:

· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations, including tax filings and statutory reporting

(ISSIF, SAFE HARBOR, IMMEX)

· Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.

· Prepare and submit required financial reports to management and regulatory authorities.





-Internal Controls and risk Management:

· Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

· Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.

· Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures across financial operations.

-Team Leadership and development:

· Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

· Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance team capabilities.

· Ensure all finance team members have a correct and complete training to properly perform their functions.

-Accounting systems Management:

· Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and ERP solutions (EPICOR).

· Ensure the integrity and security of financial data and systems.

-Analysis and negotiation of business expenses:

- Evaluates and supervises management of accounting consultancies.

- • Analyzes contracts with suppliers. • Review terms and conditions with service providers.
