Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role based in Aguascalientes, AGU, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a combination of on-site and work-from-home days.
The Human Resources
Specialist will manage day-to-day HR activities, including administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management processes.
Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, assisting with performance management, and supporting training and development initiatives.
The role also involves advising managers and team members on HR-related matters, helping ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience in HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess experience managing Employee Benefits programs and related administration.
- Candidates should possess strong Personnel Management skills, including employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software tools.
- Candidates should possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate strong ethical judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- Experience in industrial or technical environments and familiarity with local labor regulations in Mexico are beneficial.
