L2 Java Support Specialist

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced L2 Java Support Specialist with 8–10 years of experience to support enterprise platform operations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Azure, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 application and platform support for enterprise systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and production issues.

Monitor applications, containers, Kubernetes environments, and messaging platforms.

Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Support Java/Spring Boot applications running on Azure.

Work with MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka for operational support.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve issues.

Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
