We’re looking for someone who can combine Business Analysis + UX + Process Improvement to identify user pain points and drive improvements from idea to implementation.

? 5+ years of BSA / Business Analysis experience

? UX / Employee Experience & process improvement

? Requirements gathering & process mapping

? User feedback & adoption

? Cross-functional IT & business collaboration

? Enterprise applications / SaaS / Cloud environments

? UAT, documentation & change management

? Visio, SharePoint or ServiceNow are a plus
