- Salary Range: $29,000–$43,000 USD – dependent on experience
- MXN: $503,000–$720,000 MXN
- Location / Working Model: Mexico City | Hybrid – 2 days in the office

We’re looking for a Lead Integrated & Motion Designer who genuinely wants to do both.

This is not a traditional Creative Director role where you step away from the tools and spend all your time managing. You’ll spend roughly 50% of your time designing and creating yourself and 50% leading a small team of Integrated and Motion Designers .

You need to be equally comfortable opening the brief and creating the work as you are reviewing your team’s work, giving creative direction, and raising the overall standard.

What You'll Do:

50% — Hands-On Creative:

- Design high-quality integrated creative across digital, social, presentations, campaigns, brand collateral, and marketing assets
- Create and work directly with motion, animation, and social-first content
- Take concepts from initial idea through to polished execution
- Work across both static design and motion — this role genuinely needs strength in both
- Jump into priority briefs alongside your team rather than simply directing the work

50% — Creative Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a small team of Integrated and Motion Designers
- Review work and provide clear, constructive creative direction
- Set the standard for design, motion, and overall creative craft
- Help designers develop their skills and push ideas further
- Prioritize workloads and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and on time
- Partner closely with the Creative Director to turn the wider creative vision into excellent day-to-day execution

What We're Looking For:





You could currently be a Senior Designer, Lead Designer, Design Lead, Associate Creative Director, or Senior Creative Manager — the title matters less than the work.

What does matter is that you:

- Have a strong portfolio showing both design AND motion
- Can demonstrate approximately a 50/50 balance between static/integrated design and motion/animation
- Have experience leading, mentoring, or directing other designers
- Are still genuinely hands-on and want to stay that way
- Understand social-first creative , not just traditional campaigns or TVCs
- Can move comfortably between concepting, execution, feedback, and leadership
- Have experience working in fast-paced, collaborative creative environments
- Are comfortable working with general teams and stakeholders
- Have strong professional English communication skills

The Key Thing:

We aren't looking for someone who used to design and now only manages .

And we aren't looking for a purely hands-on designer who hasn't led others.

We need someone right in the middle: a strong designer + motion creative who still loves making the work, but can also lead a team and make everyone around them better.
