We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in Master Data Management (MDM), KPI analysis, and continuous improvement to support strategic initiatives focused on optimizing processes, improving data quality, reducing lead times, and accelerating Time-to-Market (T2M) performance across the region.

This role will work closely with regional and integral teams , contributing to process standardization, digitalization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance indicators .
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to reduce lead times and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to harmonize and standardize processes.
- Manage and follow up on data and T2M-related incidents .
- Act as a key point of contact for T2M performance-related topics.
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Prepare and present executive reports and performance updates to key stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects focused on operational excellence and process improvement.

Requirements




- Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) .
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies , such as Lean and/or Six Sigma.
- Experience with data analysis and KPI management .
- Knowledge of digital tools, automation, and process optimization.
- Experience in project coordination or project management .
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural and global teams .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement.
